Pause, select OPTIONS/SOUND/FX and press L1 + L2.
Stronger Engines (2P):
When selecting a track, press X + Square + Triangle + Circle.
Invincibility:
Pause, then L1, L2, L1, L1, L1, L2, L2, L2, Circle, Triangle, Square, Circle, Triangle, Square.
Jumping Bean Cars (2P):
When the 3, 2, 1 countdown has started, press CIrcle + Left.
Upside-Down Tracks:
When selecting a track, press L1 + R1 + X + Down.
Night Racing:
When selecting a track, press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2.
Reverse Tracks (2P):
When the cars start to drive into the tunnel, quickly hold X + Square and press Left or Right.
