(Triangle + X). This gives you time to position yourself for whatever you want to do, whether it be get out of the ring to grab a weapon, climb a turnbuckle or stand above him awaiting him to get up. *Running strike attacks are the quickest and most effective way to get your opponent on the mat so use them frequently! *Be sure to not forget about your Smackdown! Meter. When you retrieve a special, don’t be shy to Layeth the Smackdown! *Before Climbing a turnbuckle, make sure your opponent is either floored or not too close to you, as they can counter your attack by hitting you, or throwing you off the turnbuckle. Ouch. *When using weapons, try to use the weapon grapples (X + Up/Down) alot more often than Weapon Strikes (X) as Weapon grapples cannot be countered as where normal strikes can easily be countered. *In matches where DQ is on, try knocking down the referee every once in a while by "accident". While the ref is grounded, you may use weapons on your opponent until he is fully standing up again. Nice! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 010 GLITCHES Ok. Here are the only 3 Glitches i know that there is existing in WWE S HCTP.... The spear is totally classic, gotta see it =D 1- Win ANY MATCH that has DQ on within seconds. As soon as the match starts, exit the ring. Get the table from under the apron. (top side of apron) Get into the ring (Superstar slides table into ring). Pick up the table and place it up against one of the turnbuckles. Stand near the table and when your opponent approaches you, run into the table (Triangle + Diagonal Directional toward table), leaving you on it for about 1 second. If done at the right time, your opponent will have grappled you while you were leaning against the table face first, and catapulted you through it, Disqualifying him. (Doesn't work if opponent if far away, for he will run at you and strike you.) 2- Goldberg's Head Spear! This is quite an easy glitch to "perform", and it looks awesome. Goldberg delivers his famous Spear straight to the face of your opponent! When the chance arises, Grab the table from under the apron. (Top side)Set the table up in the ring in the Bottom Left corner. (Not laid up against turnbuckle, just set up on the mat in the corner) Perform Goldberg's spear anywhere in the ring. (L1 While opponent floored, when standing at head of opponent) If the table is placed correctly, Goldberg will be standing on the table, then run towards your opponent in mid air and spear them straight to the head. Nice! [Correct Positioning for the Spear] The best positioning for the table is by setting it up like this. * For your opponent to be in the Top Right turnbuckle, or standing somewhere in that region. (So when you set up the table, it sits diagonally opposite to the bottom left turnbuckle) * While opponent is in upper right region of the ring, walk backwards to the bottom left turnbuckle until Goldberg’s back is up against the turnbuckle and can no longer proceed walking backwards. * Take one step forward and place the table where you stand. * Perform the spear. 3- Backstage Biffin' This isn't much of a glitch, but it wasn't intended to go down this way in the game. While wrestling backstage in the Car Park (With the rideable Motorcycle & Forklift), you can whip your opponent into the truck parked against the far right wall, making your opponent climb to the top of the truck. If you stay on the ground level, your opponent will instantly walk towards you and fall off the edge of the truck, taking harsh damage, and never trying to perform a high-flying move off the truck. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 011 OUTRO Well, this is the end of the WWE Smackdown!
