HHHHH HHHHH HHH HHH HHH HHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHH HHH HHH HHH HHHHH HHHHH ALO 2 Guide to halo 2 By Cyborg So here I am at the start of my guide, which, hopefully you are reading on cheathappens or gamefaqs. I made the guide because I was sick of going to one guide to see about vehicles, then another to explain a level to me, then another to see what cool glitches are on offer ect. This guide covers what I think most people will be looking for, this isn't specifically one type of guide, with things added on to make it look better. It is a guide where every section had the same amount of time put into it. I'll tell you now if you want a good level guide where it will take you through step by step this isn't it. But I do tell you what you gotta do, and explain what weapons you might wanna use, what vehicles you should get into and which enemies need to have more attention paid to them. I also include some easter eggs and glitches to keep you busy, I even managed to track down all the skulls for you to look at, so enjoy. I hope you like my guide to halo 2, as I spent a lot of time making it as good as it is. Thank you. If you can think of anything I haven't included that you think will improve the guide please PM me and I'll see what I can do, also, if some of the information I have written isn't correct PM me to say so. People may copy certain sections but they must write that it was originally written by Cyborg, these are the sections I will allow to be reproduced: 1: Master chief? 2: Halo? 3: Controls 8: Skull locations 9: Quotes 10: Sword glitch 12: Credits. But once again if you are reproducing them you must give me credit. If you are using it in your own guide you may only use one of the sections mentioned, and once again credit must be given to: Cyborg from cheathappens.com If you copy more than one or don't give me credit you will be punished, see 13: Legal stuff for details. ================ =Contents =1:Master chief? =2:Halo? =3: Controls =4: Level Guide =5: Vehicle guide =6: Enemy guide =7: Weapon guide =8: Skull locations =9: Quotes =10:Sword glitch =11:Other glitches and eggs =12:Credits =13:Legal stuff ================ ,--^----------,--------,-----,-------^--, | `--------' | O . ` . `\_,-------, _________________________| / / / / /---/ / / /_______/ / / / / -------------- 1:Master chief? Master chief is Spartan 117, a genetically modified man. He is part of the SPARTAN-11 project and has been technically advanced to make him an expert fighter and gunman. He has been in the military all of his life and his strength, endurance, aim and reflexes cannot be matched by any other man alive. He has been trained to use all weapons and is a master at unarmed combat. He is the Master chief. ==================================================== 2:Halo? Halo is a giant ring in outer space, it seems to be worshiped by the covenant, who gave it its name, Halo. Its main purpose is to destroy all life, which will effectively kill the flood. It was made by the 'forerunners' according to the covenant. ==================================================== 3: Controls A= JUMP B= MELEE ATTACK X= RELOAD/ACTION Y= SWITCH WEAPONS BLACK= SWAP GRENADES WHITE= FLASLIGHT RIGHT THUMBSTICK= MOVEMENT/ZOOM(CLICK) LEFT THUMBSTICK= MOVEMENT/CROUCH(CLICK) BACK= SCORE START= MENU RIGHT TRIGGER= FIRE LEFT TRIGGER= GRENADE/E-BRAKE(WARTHOG)/BOOST(OTHER VECHILES) ==================================================== 4. Level guide Level one: One size fits all This is a tutorial level so I really don't need to guide you through it, so just follow the instructions, and enjoy your first tiny taste of the halo 2 campaign. ==================================================== Level two: Home field advantage Follow the soldiers to get weaponry and prepare for the battle ahead, go to the hanger bay and mow down the covenant as they appear, blow up a bulkhead and go on, once you have killed all the enemies. Take a right and you will find a stationary gun, use that to make short work of the covenant and clear the plaza, now venture forth to return to the hanger bays. The covenant will now spawn from their boarding ships, stick grenades to the turrets while letting the marines distract them. ==================================================== Level three: Priority shift Go down the ramps to the hanger and kill the grunts, and don't forget there is a CLOAKED ELITE to take care of too. Once they're down go back to the armoury to help Johnson and Keyes. After helping them go past their position to the airlock. ==================================================== Level four: Authorised personal only Drop down and kill all the buggers, When the lift arrives kill all enemies and hop on. Ride the lift down and kill the space elite, jump across to the airlock on the other side. ==================================================== Level five: Return to sender Use grenades to kill guards around the bomb, just kill them all and get near the bomb. ==================================================== Level six: They'll regret that too Follow the soldiers and kill the covenant, after that grab a turret. A pair of hunters will come, but you can kill them surprisingly easy with the turret. Use the gate to progress, there are a lot of sniper so steal one of theirs and pick them off one by one, but remember to keep your head down, you can be sniped just as easily. You have to get to a wrecked hotel, it will be pretty easy to find because it is under heavy siege, fight your way through the oceanfront but watch out for the ghosts which will come. ====================================================- Level seven: A day at the beach Board a ghost and get driving the first covenant fortification is easy to get past but the second has ghost and snipers to deal with, I'd use a beam rifle to kill the covenant scum. ==================================================== Level eight: Speed zone This one's simple, get in a vehicle and drive, if you in a warthog make sure you have marines, and keep them alive. ==================================================== Level nine: Ladies like armour plating Destroy all the ghosts and wraiths when you reach the city kill everything they throw at you. ====================================================- Level ten: This town ain't big enough for the both of us Take the Jackals bean rifle and take out the aliens on the platform in front, then use their turrets to help out your friends in a warthog. then man the warthogs turret (if you have too grab a ghost) then head into the city streets, once they are clear head to the marine outpost. ==================================================== Level eleven: Field expedition Go upstairs and get a lot of ammo, then jump onto the scarabs back and let em' have it, a rocket launcher works well here. Note: I found it quite fun getting a ghost onto the scarab. Level twelve: A whisper in the storm Stealth. Stealth. Stealth. The three words you need to learn to complete this mission, stay in the shadows as much as you can, and grab a covenant carbine as it is extremely useful in this level. Once you have gone town the lift you need to go left and press a switch, let your team mates kill most of them and fight your way down to the lower level. ==================================================== Level thirteen: To the hunt Grab a banshee and follow the Phantom, protecting it, although it isn't in any real danger, and drop a bomb or two before landing in the correct zone. ==================================================== Level fourteen: Juggernaut Your best weapon on this level will be the energy sword and sentinel beam. Get in the lift and stay mobile, ignore the laser drones as they will help kill flood for you. Stay in the middle of the platform as you can be knocked off. Once your down kill everything you see and try to take cover if your shield drops, but once that happens your death is more or less guaranteed. Once you leave the room you will find yourself in a war zone, I recommend taking out the flood but if you have your own personal vendetta go ahead and kill the enemies of your choice, once you are on the ramp the cutscene begins. ==================================================== Level fifteen: Hey watch this The three cables you need to cut are at the three corners of the balcony, slice them and get to the lift fast. Go back to where the Heretic is hiding and go down to chase him in a banshee. ==================================================== Level sixteen: Dead or alive... actually, just dead Retrace your steps to the hanger bay, try to ignore the fighting. Hide from the heretic until one of his holograms comes down and slash it to pieces. ==================================================== Level seventeen: Helljumpers Use rockets to destroy the turrets then seize the buildings. Covenant will come but you know what to do, take care of them and their phantoms until you are brought a warthog. Ride the warthog to the bridges control room and press the button to lower the bridge. As a reward you will get a nice, new, shiny scorpion. ==================================================== Level eighteen: You break it you buy it Destroy everything in your path to complete the level, piece of cake. ==================================================== Level nineteen: Off the rock, through the bush, nothing but jackal Snipe snipe snipe. Once you have sniped everyone you can see drop down and be attacked by buggers and jackals, get to the cave at the back and take out the honour guards. Level twenty: Testament Fight through to the platform launch, when the guards are dead two hunters will be dropped off, take care of them by pumping as much lead as you can into their orange squishy areas. Then a ferry thing will come, kill all those aboard and activate it. ==================================================== Level twenty-one: One way ticket Get a sniper rifle and snipe the aliens at your arrival point. Go into the building and ride in the lift, you'll meet honour guards and hunters so be prepared. Once you take care of them the last passage before the second lift is full of cloaked elites with swords, so snipe at them to get there positions. Once you see daylight you will be ambushed, kill everyone, run when you need to but come back for more. The gondola has got guards on it but reinforcements will help you deal with them. Grab a rocket launcher, as there is banshees ahead. Kill the flying elites and other enemies and so ends your eventful voyage. ==================================================== Level twenty-two: Sorry, were you in the middle of something? Defeat the honour guards and grunts and board the prophets chair (X) keep hitting him and he will die. Easy. ==================================================== Level twenty-three: Uncomfortable silence You see the large grey thingies? Activate them to drop down to the next level. Keep going until you reach the giant robot, it says you should stay hidden till it forgets about you and shot it in the back, but if you have a sentinel beam you can destroy its shields. All you gotta do now is activate the four thingies in the corners and use the console. ==================================================== Level twenty-four: Buyers remorse Let the drones kill the flood then take them out, preferably with a sentinel beam as they seem to dispose of them fairly quickly. Go into the library complex and sneak past everyone, cloaking when possible. ==================================================== Level twenty-five: 100,000 years of war WAR!! This is fun. Just kill every enemy you can see while staying alive until the phantom arrives. ==================================================== Level twenty-six: Objects in mirror are larger than they appear Get in the spectres turret and destroy or hijack the tank. DO NOT LEAVE THIS LEVEL ON FOOT, GET IN A VEHICLE!! ==================================================== Level twenty-seven: Healthy competition Don't stand still, get into a scorpion as soon as you can and take everything out. Once you reach the burning cavern look for a small footpath. Once you have found it you must once again be stealthy. When you get to the clearing with the wraith hijack it and drive straight up the hill. Your aim is the big building on your right, the one with all the flood. ==================================================== Level twenty-eight: Shooting gallery The flood come at you. Shot them. ==================================================== Level twenty-nine: That old familiar feeling You see all those corpses? You know the ones that have been brutally killed, the ones on the floor? Yeah just follow them. ==================================================== Level thirty: Inside job Cortana will handily open all the doors you need for you, so no need to fret about which door to take. Once you reach the prison block you can sneak and melee or just go in all guns blazing, either way the marines will be free In no time. Go back the way you came and kill the brutes and honour guards. Now you can just sit back and watch the brutes and elites fight it out. When your in the hallway prepare for a battle as there are two hunters and a lot of other covenant scum. Now watch the battle for about five minutes, maybe time to make yourself a coffee. ==================================================== Level thirty-one: Oh, so that's how it is Get a sword and slash your troubles away, or you can let your allies do all the killing and preserve your ammo for another fight. ==================================================== Level thirty-two: Step aside, let the man go through Grab a ghost and make a mad run for the brute encampment, kill them all, and blow up their ghosts. Drive a ghost to the second choke point, kill the jackal on the left before he can take out the grunts. Drive round the right hill and kill all the enemies, now go as fast as you can down the ravine. ==================================================== Level thirty-three: Fight club Crash your ghost, grab a shotgun, get into the building and get a rocket launcher, the rocket will come in handy against the ghosts. ==================================================== Level thirty-four: Cross purposes Get a shotgun and energy sword, and get those aliens. Take the two gravlifts around to the left side of the chamber, and make a run for it. Fast. Level thirty-five: Sanctified Head to the gravity lift opposite your entry point, torch off. Silent as a ninja. ==================================================== Level thirty-six: Once more with feeling Fight fight fight. Do everything you can to get to cortana. ==================================================== Level thirty-seven: Your ass, my size-24 hoof Destroy the enemies with your wraith, then hide when the phantom comes. You get hunters to help you out once you get into the complex, so now you just gotta use the Hunters as a distraction and attack the enemies while they're not looking. Once you get to the end of the alley destroy the force field generators for a little help. ==================================================== Level thirty-eight: Backseat driver Just keep the banshee in one piece and destroy the occasional turret, the scarab isn't really in danger. ==================================================== Level thirty-nine: Delusions and grandeur Its you against five brutes, throw plasma grenades to thin the crowd and wipe out the stragglers. Than you have to beat Tartarus, let your friends be distractions and hammer him with plasma rifles from behind, one hit from his hammer will kill you. Once his shields are down he I venerable to attack, so don't hold back. Once you have killed him you can relax and watch the credits all the way through, after them is a little surprise..... 5. Vehicle guide GHOST: A covenant vehicle deployed when quick and fast fire power is needed. They boast surprisingly powerful twin plasma cannons at the front of the craft, which can destroy a warthog, banshee or another ghost in 2 Mississippies, and can make short work of any enemies on foot. It only seats one person and can be boarded from the front, side, back or from above, so keep your speed up. Another main feature of the ghost is its boost system, where it goes very fast but is hard to control, most people try to mow enemies down that way but it is far easier to use the powerful weapons at your disposal. Although it is fast and has good weapons it does explode easily, so I do not recommend it when a more sturdy vehicle is available when going into a fire fight. Speed: 9/10 Weapons: 6/10 Durability: 3/10 ==================================================== WARTHOG: The warthog is the armies means of transport around some of the larger levels, it seats 3 ( one driver, one side seat, one rear gun) and is quite fast but is easily upturned. It weights 3.25 tons, and is only slightly slower than the ghost, although it is easily beaten when the other is boosting. Its weapons are either a machine gun, which is good for destroying other warthogs or ghosts but hard to aim with as the vehicle is not under your control when you are in the gunner seat. The other gun you can have in the back is a Gauss cannon, which can destroy a ghost in one shot, but once again, is very hard to aim with. Speed: 7/10 Weapons: 5/10 (machine gun) 7/10 (gauss cannon) Durability: 5/10 ==================================================== SCORPION: If you need power then you need a scorpion, easily the most powerful vehicle in the game, its main weapon is a very powerful rocket launcher, backed up by a unsatisfying machine gun. The rocket launcher will destroy any vehicle no question in one or two shots, and the Scorpion itself is well protected and very hard to destroy. It is badly let down on speed, and in a big level were a lot of travelling around is involved, can be a real bore to slowly crawl around in. Despite this it is extremely powerful and definitely worth boarding when you get the chance. It only seats one, the side seats have not been included as they were in its prequel. Speed: 1/10 Weapons: 10/10 ( Rocket launcher) 3/10 ( machine gun) Durability: 9/10 ==================================================== BANSHEE: The banshee is the only vehicle in halo 2 that can fly and you'll want to make use of that. As weapons go they are more or less the same as the ghosts but with a smaller rate of fire. In campaign mode you also have a fuel rod cannon on it, which makes short work of many enemies, it has not been included in multiplayer for some reason. It can boost but it doesn't make much of a difference of the speed, which is relatively fast. You can also do a range of acrobatic moves in it, which is a nice touch and makes avoiding fire easier. The banshee can be destroyed quite quickly, but only if you can hit it, so overall it is a vehicle that only excels in certain situations. Speed: 8/10 Weapons: 8/10 ( Fuel rod cannon) 5/10 ( plasma cannons) Durability: 4/10 ==================================================== WRAITH: The covenants answer to the scorpion, it has a plasma mortar as its weapon and is VERY well armoured.... At the front. See it turns out the covenant are on a fixed income and can only afford to protect the front of their vehicles, leaving the back easy to destroy, remember that for the campaign. The weapon is a little less powerful than the scorpions and is harder to aim as it arcs, but overall it's a nice tank with a fun boost feature were it goes fast for about one second. It only seats one. Speed: 2/10 Weapons: 9/10 Durability: 8/10 ==================================================== SPECTRE: The spectre is the covenants way of fighting against the warthog, its main weakness is its speed, which pales in comparison to the ghosts, although it does have a handy boost feature. The spectre can seat 4 people ( one driver, one rear gunner, two side seats) So it can shoot from all angles, the rear mounted plasma cannon can be a problem, but it is once again harder to aim that a ghosts. Speed: 6/10 Weapons: 6/10 Durability: 6/10 ==================================================== 6. Enemy Guide GRUNTS: The most common covenant attack force and easy to kill, a few well placed bullets will take one down easily, although a very minimal threat when alone, they can cause problems when in a group. They are easily scared, and often run instead of fight, they are considered the lowest ranked of the covenants, and believe master chief is ''The demon''. DANGER: 2/10 ==================================================== JACKALS: Jackals can cause a bit more trouble than grunts, as they carry a protective shield around with them, that being said there bodies aren't very resilient to attack and they don't take many bullets once you get through to there saggy bodies. DANGER: 4/10 ==================================================== ELITES: Elites are the covenants version of Spartans, they think fast and are far better in battle than grunts or Jackals. They have shields similar to master chiefs own and can sometimes have cloaking devices. They can be found with a covenant energy sword, which can cut through marine and you like a hot knife through butter, so be careful. DANGER: 7/10 ==================================================== HUNTERS: Hunter are always dropped off in pairs and are very hard to kill, they have a Fuel rod cannon as a weapon which can easily kill you. The only weak spots the giant beasts have are the orange squishy bits in the neck and stomach, a few close range shotgun shells in there and it'll be night, night hunter. Danger: 10/10 ==================================================== BRUTES: The brutes are a little stronger than elites but have no shields, they have Brut shots manly, which they always miss with so there is no real worry there. What you have to look out for are the mad ones, that run at you can try to kill you with no guns. Danger: 8/10 ==================================================== DRONES: They fly and shot at you, a mild nuisance and reasonably easy to kill, not much more I can say. Danger: 3/10 ==================================================== FLOOD: They can explode, shoot or just try to suck on you but they aren't that hard to kill, especially for the fact they are the scourge of the universe. The stagger around ( The ones with guns) and don't have a lot of aim, but can be equipped with good weapon such as the shotgun, so be on the lookout. The exploding ones explode, not much explanation needed. And the tiny turnips, they don't even need to be paid attention too, unless your shield is down, then you run. Danger: 6/10 ( Ones with guns) 5/10 ( exploding ones) 2/10 (turnips) ==================================================== PROPHETS: Like gods to the covenant, but when you meet one it can be killed with ease, although it will be well protected. Danger: 1/10 ==================================================== 7. Weapons guide Human weapons: M6C PISTOL: The standard weapon for a marine, although not as powerful as the one in the last game it still packs a reasonable punch, but I do not recommend giving up to much for this little weapon. When a headshot is achieved it can be far more effective, and although on its own it is under average, when dual wielded it can make sure the alien scum don't get back up. Power: 4/10 (5/10 for headshot) Reload time: 3/10 (1= slow 10= fast) Best to dual wield with: Plasma pistol, SMG 12 ROUNDS PER MAGAZINE ==================================================== BATTLE RIFLE: This is a new addition to the halo weapon locker, it fires 3 bullets at a time and can zoom in twice. It cannot be dual wielded with even though it is not of considerable size. I recommend only using this in the campaign mode, in multiplayer it is not entirely useful. Power: 6/10 (campaign) 3/10 (multiplayer) Reload time: 5/10 No dual wielding possible. 36 ROUNDS PER MAGAZINE ==================================================== SMG: This is your average machine gun, it fires bullets fast. It takes a very long time to reload leaving you venerable to attack. The weapon trail upwards when shooting, which can be a good thing when duel wielding with a pistol, as it leads the bullets towards the head. Power: 5/10 Reloading time: 2/10 Best to duel wield with: Pistol, Plasma rifle 60 ROUNDS PER MAGAZINE ==================================================== SNIPER RIFLE: Does exactly what it says on the tin, it can kill all enemies with one shot to the head (Unless hunters or you are on one of the harder difficulty settings) it can zoom in to ten times which makes it very accurate. Its reload time is relatively average but the fact you have to reload so often is a nuisance. Power: 8/10 Reloading time: 4/10 No duel wielding possible. 4 ROUNDS PER MAGAZINE ==================================================== M90 SHOTGUN: Great at short distance but very poor for long distance, it fires multiple bullets at a target and takes a very long time to reload. It cannot be dual wielded with. It is held by marines and flood. Power: 9/10 (short range) 1/10 (long range) Reloading time: 2/10 No duel wielding possible 12 8-GUAGE SHOTGUN SHELLS ==================================================== ROCKET LAUNCHER: Big, loud and goes boom, that's a rocket launcher. It is great for taking out vehicles and large crowds of enemies. The bullets can be slow to reach there target which can be annoying. But it can lock onto enemy vehicles which is a big plus. The reloading time is bad and it can zoom in to two times. Power: 10/10 Reloading time: 2/10 No duel wielding possible 2 102MM SHAPED-CHARGED ROCKETS ==================================================== Covenant weapons NOTE: Some covenant weapons don't have ammo, just energy which cannot be refilled. PLASMA PISTOL: This weapon can be charged up and is the favoured weapon of grunts, it is basic covenant weaponry. When not charged up it delivers very minimal damage to the victim, when charged up however it can take away the enemies shield. Power: 6/10 (charged up) 2/10 (not charged up) Best to dual wield with: Pistol, SMG ==================================================== PLASMA RIFLE: The elites favourite, it fires more or less the same bullets as its pistol counterpart but a little more powerful and a lot faster. This weapon can overheat which is annoying, especially when being dual wielded. Power: 6/10 Best to dual with: SMG ==================================================== NEEDLER: Razor sharp bullets are shot from this weapon, it homes in on organic enemies using some kind of unknown alien technology. This covenant weapon can be reloaded. Although it is more powerful than the halo 1s one was I still think it is weedy when you can use a plasma rifle. Power: 5/10 Best to dual with: Plasma pistol 30 ROUNDS PER MAGAZINE ==================================================== COVENANT CARBINE: This offers almost the same power at the battle rifle, but it does not have the burst fire feature. It is able to zoom into 2x for more accurate shots. Power: 6/10 No duel wielding possible 36 ROUNDS PER MAGAZINE ==================================================== BEAM RIFLE: The beam rifle is just a fancy covenant sniper rifle, it can zoom into 10x for an accurate shot. It cannot fire two bullets in quick succession as it over heats and leaves you vulnerable while it cools down. Power: 8/10 No duel wielding possible 18 BURSTS PER CHARGE ==================================================== BRUTE SHOT: This weapon is used exclusively by brutes, it fires small grenades which, although look good do not do much damage. Power: 6/10 No duel wielding possible 4 ROUNDS PER BELT ==================================================== ENERGY SWORD: The covenant energy sword is three feet of death. One strike from these powerful weapons will kill you. They have a powerful lunge attack when at the right distance but as long distance weapons they are useless. Usually held by elites. Power: 10/10 (short range) 0/10 (long range) No duel wielding possible 10 LUNGES AVARAGE FUEL ROD CANNON: A covenant rocket launcher. It can zoom into 2x but does not have the handy lock on feature its human counter-part is equipped with. Power: 10/10 No duel wielding possible 5 ROUNDS PER CLIP ==================================================== GRENADES PLASMA GRENADE: The plasma grenade has the ability to tell the difference between an enemy and an inanimate object. When it comes in contact with a foe it sticks to them. Power: 10/10 Radius: 30 ft ==================================================== FRAG GRENADE: The frag grenade is not as good as a plasma as it cannot stick, it does however have a very good explosion. Power: 9/10 (due to non stickiness) Radius: 15-30 ft ==================================================== 8: Skull locations NOTE: I did get these from a very good source but I haven't checked them out. I am 99% sure they are right but if they are not I take no blame.:p THUNDERSTORM SKULL: Level: Cairo station Difficulty: Legendary Result: Covenant vehicles are more resistant Location: Past the two loading docks and past the armoury, it's in the next big room. Johnson: Now listen up! Back in my day, we didn't have fancy tanks! We had two sticks... and a rock! And we had to share the rock! You should consider yourself very lucky marines! ==================================================== SpecOps Leader: You are the Arbiter, the will of the Prophets. But these are my Elites, their lives matter to me - yours does not. Arbiter: That makes two of us. ==================================================== Sgt. Johnson: Don't they teach you kids to SWEAR in basic anymore? ==================================================== Marine: Uhh... Chief, could you at least pretend to aim? ==================================================== Cortana: I'm sorry, were you trying to kill something? ==================================================== Grunt #1: Me have bad feeling about this... Grunt #2: You *always* have bad feeling! You had bad feeling about morning food nipple! ==================================================== Sergeant Johnson: [manning a machine gun] Oh, I *know* what the ladies like. ==================================================== Marine: Dear Sarge, having a lovely time kicking ass in outer space - wish you were here! ==================================================== Cortana: The message keeps repeating itself: "Regret. Regret." Miranda Keyes: Any idea what it means? Sergeant Johnson: Dear humanity, we regret coming to Earth, we regret being alien bastards, and we most certainly regret that the Corps just blew up our raggedy-ass fleet. Pilots: [along with Sgt. Johnson] HOO-RA! ==================================================== Grunt: Arbiter our savior! Stupid jackal, say thank you! ==================================================== Grunt: If hungry, eat jackal. ==================================================== Marine Sergeant: Fall in over here! Marine: Yeah, you got it. Will there be snacks? ==================================================== Marine: The whole staring and heavy breathing thing doesn't really work for me. ==================================================== Marine Sergeant: If my face looked like a squid, I'd be angry, too! ==================================================== 10: Sword glitch Now this is a fantastic glitch me and my mate stumbled upon. This glitch works best in coagulation, where you need a warthog, banshee and sword. You need two people for this glitch to work, or just two controllers if you don't have any mates:p. One of you must drive the warthog to a nice position, one where you can see the top of the cannion preferbly, and get into the side seat, with sword equipped. Now the other person must fly the banshee over to you, so that you crosshair turns red (he must be on oppisite team) Now pull the trigger when the crosshair goes red and you should hear the lunge noise now have the banshee fly far far away, while you sit and wait. Once the banshee has flown a considerble distance look somewhere high (or low if you really feel like it) and exit your warthog, you will go shooting out to the direction you are pointing. You can get to many small ledges which aren't easy to see on the cannion wall, but in most places an invisibl;e wall prevents you from exiting the map entirely, but its still lots of fun. Have fun flying ;p. ==================================================== 11: Other glitches and eggs 1: Amazing jump To do a great jump you must have one person equiped with a sword, have them press R and X over and over, the X cancels the attack, thus causing no harm. Then jump on the person head and they look up and contiue doing it, you jump and you should go pretty high, keep jumping and you'll go higher each time, handy to get to hard to reach places. ==================================================== 2: Fly high Easy to do and not much point, but still fun none the less. Flip a tank so its upside down and flip it over with someone standing on it, it shound send you high into the air, which is always fun. ==================================================== 3: Flying tank Go onto Zanzibar and place the tank in the fan area, watch as it is carried up then, for some reason, it spins away wildly out of control. Note: This dosen't always work and may take a few times to get it right. ==================================================== 4: Out of outskirts You had to do this to get the blind skull, now your up there explore, you have to grenade jump to get to some cool places, but there is a nice energy sword around... ==================================================== 5: Out of delta halo There is a fixed covenant plasma cannon on the right of you when you just start the level (there is another opposite) It is on a raised area you will have to grenade jump to. Now go past the turret and to the top right corner (when back is to turret) You can jump onto the slanted area and jump up (although it will take a while eventually you get up) You can now wonder around the top of the level a LOT you can see tons of cool thins, such as the edge of the sea and floating trees. There is also a floating waterfall you may want to keep an eye out for. Most of the time when you fall you land back in the map????? Even when you've been walking for ages. There is also a lake you may see, you can walk down to it and even go down to the sea bottom, although I got lost and had to start again. ==================================================== 6: Underwater tank On the level Backseat driver, when your in the banshee get out and board a tank, you can get down the massive fall and survive, but once again it may take some practice. Once you are down in you wraith you can go into the water and explore, the environment becomes very bland and you and you tank become a greeny/bluey shape of what you used to be. BE CAREFULL it is very easy to lose your tank under there. ==================================================== 7: On top of a phantom On the same level as above it is possible to walk on top of the massive covenant space thingys. Wait around for a while until and go to your left, you will see a bridge in a small cavern type place, fly around there and eventually a Phantom will arrive, it is advisable to destroy its guns as it can shoot through its self!?!?! When you are on top. ==================================================== 8: Floating banshee On the same level again park you banshee on the top of the Scarab, get out and you will see it floats, it stays in the position even if you destroy it, floating just above the ground. If you have a sword you can make it spin really fast! 9: High jump Jump up and aim to land on a moving warthog, if you time it right you should go very, very high into the air, but you may get splattered sometimes. ==================================================== 12: Credits Credit where credits due, here are the people who worked on the game in order of apperence (in credits) ==================================================== Project Lead Jason Jones Executive Producer Pete Parsons Engineering Charlie Gough Engineering Chris Butcher Engineering Michael Evans Engineering Ben Wallace Design Lead Paul Bertone Design Lead Jaime Griesemer Art Director Marcus Lehto Writer/ Director of Cinematics Joseph Staten Composer/ Audio Director Marty O'Donnell Multiplayer & amp; User Interface Lead Max Hoberman Producer Michel Bastien Producer Hamilton Chu Producer Curtis Creamer Test Manager/ Producer Bungie.net Harold Ryan Engineering Hao Chen Engineering Bernie Freidin Engineering Bart House Engineering Damian Isla Engineering Jason Major Engineering Eamon McKenzie Engineering Mat Noguchi Engineering Adrian Perez Engineering Stefan Sinclair Engineering Greg Snook Engineering Luke Timmins Additional Engineering Damien Neff Mission Designer Tyson Green Mission Designer Rob Stokes Additional Mission Design Hardy LeBel Additional Mission Design Stephen Okasaki Cinematic Director CJ Cowan Lead 3D & Effects Artist Shi Kai Wang 3D Artist Eric Arroyo 3D Artist Travis Brady 3D Artist Robt McLees Additional 3D Art Kelly Rains Animator/ Game and Cinematic Bill O'Brien Animator/ Game and Cinematic Mike Budd Animator/ Game and Cinematic John Butkis Animator/ Game and Cinematic Nathan Walpole Additional Animation Jeremy Fones Additional Animation Stacey Moore Lead Environment Artist David Dunn Lead Environment Artist Christopher Barrett Single-Player Environment Artist Frank Capezzuto Single-Player Environment Artist Vic DeLeon Single-Player Environment Artist Tom Doyle Single-Player Environment Artist Justin Hayward Single-Player Environment Artist Paul Russell Single-Player Environment Artist Michael Wu Single-Player Environment Artist Maike Zak Additional Single-Player Environment Art Chris Lee Lead Multiplayer Environment Artist Chris Carney Multiplayer Environment Artist Steve Cotton User Interface David Candland Art Production Paul Clift Effects Steve Scott Matte Painting Eddie Smith Audio Lead Jay Weinland Sound Designer C.
