Objective Game [002] ============================================================================== If played any of Kairosoft games you know that you have to have the best setup before the game ends, if you haven’t played a Kairosoft game then all you have to do have the best setup before the game ends which is usually in YEAR 15. ============================================================================== III. Attributes/Skills [003] ============================================================================== There are 6 attributes for residents in the game; HEALTH: How much damage they can take before retreating ABILITY: How often they will use their ability, also determines how strong it will be WORK: How long they can work for before taking a rest EXPLORATION: How fast you can explore caves, planets, chasms. ATTACK: How much damage the resident will do to an enemy DEFENSE: Acts like a extra health bar then actual defense, pretty much reduces damage done to the resident. There are 8 kinds of skills that each resident can use in the game, each time it levels up, the ability will either have more uses or last longer; POWER STRIKE: Melee weapon equipped, attack is increased by 20% for 4 seconds [Infinite amount of uses] POWER SHOT: Ranged weapon equipped, attack is increased by 20% for 4 seconds [Infinite amount of uses] SHARPSHOOTER: Can attack from 1 square range ahead of him/her every 4 seconds [Infinite amount of uses] BATTLE CRY: When HP is at 50% or below, it will increase the attack neighbouring allies by 50 percent for 4 seconds. [1 time use] RAGE: When HP is at 50% or below, it will increase the attack for that resident by 50% for 4 seconds. [1 time use] GUARD: When HP is at 50% or below, the resident will put up a shield that will only do 1 damage for 6 seconds [1 time use] RECOVERY: When HP is at 50% or below, it will recover 30 HP [1 time use] HEAL ALLY: When allies HP is 50% or below, will recover 20 HP [1 time use] ============================================================================== IV. Walkthrough [006] ============================================================================== So here is the walkthrough for the game, the game starts in Y1,M4,W1 and will end in Y16,M3,W4 so try and get complete before time runs out. These are the dates I reached a new section of the game, your time might vary if you haven’t played the game before but if you have you should be able to reach these dates with no problem. ======== Y1,M4,W1 ======== So like in every Kairosoft game you start on this type of date with 500K cash and with 2 residents [JAMES TURK/BONES MCGEE], build a HOME for JAMES and a FIELD + EXPORTER left of the existing ones for him to work in, you then wait a little bit and then JAMES goes into the CHASM [END OF WEEK 2]. Here will meet enemies, residents and items; 1st: 1 guy, 2nd: Jean Vicard, 3rd: Knife, 4th: 2 guys, 5th: Wes Smasher. After you come out build 2 HOMES for these guys and wait for a new area to appear, so send all but BONES to the new area, before you start your first battle give JAMES the knife and JEAN the club; 1st: 3guys 2nd: Battle Gear [JEAN], 3rd: 5 guys. After you have the new area, destroy the field and place a SPACE PORT beside the existing one, then build another RESORT but with a gap between them. Then in Y1,M5,W3 some visitors will come then in M6,W1 a new area will appear; 1st: 12 guys, 2nd: Bev Smasher, 3rd: Weapon Specs, 4th: 5 guys + FLOWER BED as well as the ASTROSCOPE SPECS, after you come out you should be able to make some FACTORIES. So destroy the EXPORTERS as well as the left side FIELD, place a FIELD and FACTORY beside the SPACE PORT with the FACTORY closest to the PORT, build another FACTORY where the right side EXPORTER was and build a HOME for BEV SMASHER, use the RESEARCH POINTS on the WEAPONS and wait for ASTROSCOPE SPECS to come before spending anymore money. After getting the ASTROSCOPE SPECS and it being developed this is what you should explore to make a lot of money and research points; 1ST: CAVE SOUTH OF THE HOUSE = FOOD CART, PLACE IN BETWEEN RESORTS 2ND: ROCKET SHIP WITH CAVE = ROCKET SPECS 3RD: CAVE EAST OF ROCKET SHIP = ARMOR SPECS [YOU SHOULD HAVE ENOUGH POINTS TO BUILD LVL 3 WEAPONS = 3 SHORTSWORDS + 1 THROWING KNIFE 4TH: UFO TO PLANET R-GRAY 5TH: CAVE NEAR RESORTS = COOKBOOK 6TH: CAVE SOUTH OF ROCKET SHIP = IVORY STATUE [PLACE NEAR RESORTS] You then want to level all your residents to LVL 3 [YOU SHOULD HAVE 3 SHORTSWORDS + 1 THROWING KNIFE + 4 BATTLE GEAR] and make your way to R-GRAY and come back when right away, explore the rest of the 2* areas [ALL THIS SHOULD BE DONE AROUND Y2,M8,W1 - Y3,M1,W1], after reach normal with OCTOPI you develop the FLOWER BEDS and make your location look like this,4 FLOWER BEDS behind the RESORTS, RESORT, STATUE, STATUE, RESORT in front of the FLOWER BEDS, PATH in front of the RESORTS/STATUES and 3 SPACE PORTS on the other side of the PATH. Now its time for an overhaul in the planet residency, you want to invite NYOTA UHULU, SILES O’HARE and YOSHI SATO FROM OCTOPI, MONTY SCOTT, KEIKO O’HARE, GORDI FORGE, CYRANO SMITH and MIA HORTA from R-GRAY, you replace JAMES/JEAN with GORDI/SILES, you know have a 8 person ALPHA TEAM, give the new members weapons and armor and explore the rest the 3* areas, destroy all the homes while the ALPHA TEAM is out and move in all the WORKERS since the TEAM will always be away and cannot work, get the BRIDGE SPECS and build one to get to the SNOW PLAINS. ========= Y3,M10,W4 ========= After you get here go and build up your ROCKET to hold 8 people, after clearing the first area you will get the MINING SPECS, so after this go right then go down to meet a guy from TENTACLUS [YOU WANT LVL 4 WEAPONS + LVL 3 ARMOR + ALL LVL 5 TO GO TO TENTACLUS, SO THAT’S 4 BATTLE AXES, 4 IRON BOOMERANGS + 8 POWER SUIT 1]. So now you want to start making so more money and research points so get the GYM [Cave that is right of the CHASM] and the PARK [Where you found TENTACLUS RESIDENT] and build near the LAKE in the PLAINS for better location [YOU WANT TO MOVE THE GUYS WORKING IN THE PLAINS TO THIS NEW PART AS THIS WILL BRING IN A LOT OF GUESTS]. You then want to build PLASMA TVS but need the MACHINE SPECS [In the CHASM where you first fought and put it to LVL 3], you want to build near where you found the SAUCER and PLANTA resident but need to explore the rest of the place before you can start. ========= Y7,M12,W1 ========= You need DEMOLITION 2 before you can move to the next part, so get it and remove the BOULDER, after that keep heading straight till you see a ROBOT, then head to MECHABOT [ALL LVL 10, 4 DRILLS, 4 BAZOOKAS, ALL POWER SUIT 3], then EXPLORE the rest of the DESERT till you reach the VOLCANO, you then need 3 people, Johnny Archer from R-GRAY, Holly O’Hare from PLANTA, and Tom Berlin from SAUCER, you then want to go in for the last battle, this what you should have and what the formation should be; ALL LVL 10, 8 DRILLS, 3 BAZOOKAS, 1 WIND BLADE, 12 POWER SUIT 3 1ST COLUMN = GORDI FORGE, SILES O’HARE, KEIKO O’HARE, HOLLY O’HARE 2ND COLUMN = YOSHI SATO, MIA HORTA, BEV SMASHER, CYRANO SMITH 3RD COLUMN = JOHNNY ARCHER, TOME BERLIN, JAMES TURK, WES SMASHER After this you can start experimenting on how to make money and research points as well as other things, get DEMO 3 and blow up the VOLCANOS and you unlock a secret mini-game, the game is a BOTTOMLESS CAVERN in which you get money as well as ITEMS for each floor you go down, as you keep going down the more enemies there are as well as the harder they are. =============== ENDING THE GAME =============== So when you reach the Y16,M3,W4 you will be judged on certain areas in the game; Final amount of $: So much cash you got left at the end the game is then divided by 100 RESEARCH POINTS: Pretty much the same thing as cash but is multiplied by 10 FRIENDLY PLANETS: How many planets are at the friendly relations at the end is then 10,000 points each. DEVELOPED LAND: How many buildings you have and no barren lands in the game, each square of developed land is 80 points each RELATIONS: How many times relations have gone up from tourists visiting your planet, each relation counts as 50 points each. TECHNOLOGY: How much technology you developed at the end, each level counts as 5000 points. RESIDENTS: How many residents you have living on your planet, each resident counts as 1000 points. SPECIAL DEVELOPMENTS: How much special developments you made, each special development counts as 100 points. GUESTS: How many guests you have had over the course of the game, each guest counts as 10 points. ============================================================================== VII. Other Things [007] ============================================================================== I’m sorry that I couldn’t come up with better name for this section but this includes, where to find certain items, technologies and other things as well as some stuff about exploration. ========= EXPLORING ========= So when you explore planets, new areas, caves or chasms you will see ? marks while you are travelling, when you hit these ? boxes you will get 1 of the 7 things from it; MONEY: Get cash to spend things on like developments or levelling up residents RESEARCH POINTS: Use it for technologies or inviting new residents SPEED UP: Travel twice as fast as you did before SPEED DOWN: Travel at half your current speed SKILL UP: Either HP, Ability, Work or exploration goes up by 5 points for each character in the travelling party. BATTLE: You need to fight an enemy to clear the area. [You will always fight at the beginning of a PLANET, you will always fight at the end of an area and you will always fight at the 2nd last ? when in a cave/chasm] NOTHING: When your resident says he/she has found something interesting that means they didn’t and just wanted to talk to you. ITEMS: These are only at the end of a cave or chasm after you explored the area needed to get there.
