konquest mortal kombat plzzz help me out

ok on mortal kombat armagedon on konquest mode. what do i do to defeat all the guys that coming after me im in the 2nd obalisk and im on the 3rd or 4th round the one where that green stuff is around me killing me. and also i have that one hammer that like splits them in half
