Well, what do you know... posted 7/28/2014 7:31:33 PM
There's actually a company worse than EA and Ubisoft. It's the guys behind TERA Europe.
Basically I wanted to check it out after a long time so I went to the official TERA EU site and registered. Got the account activation link in the mail, clicked on it and instead of activating my account this happened - Link. I thought weird, but ok, hit the Contact Support button only to find out this is one endless loop. See, to contact the support you need to have an active account. I can't activate my account and therefore I can't contact their support team. I don't even have a slightest idea why would they block my account even before it was activated. Idiots, idiots everywhere.
I've just quit playing World of Tanks. Don't know for how long, but I predict it could be quite long. And this is right after I finally unlocked and bought the tank I wanted the most. The German tier 10 super heavy tank, the E-100.
Here's my so far best round with it. Good enough to earn me an Ace Tanker title with only 18 battles fought in it. Why's it so good? If you'll watch my replay please notice the amount of other tier 10 tanks hopelessly bouncing off of my frontal armor even with gold/premium ammo.
The reason I quit is quite obvious to anyone who played on the EU server. Retarded players, retarded teams, 10+ defeat streaks because people cannot read their minimap, they cannot predict what the enemy team is going to do. I'm not a good player, I'll never be a good player. But at least I'm not tunnel visioning and I have situational awareness, which is crucial in WoT.
I'm just done. I cannot learn to cope with such teams and players. WoT is a team based competitive game and as such I cannot see myself "playing for fun".
