Just got back from seeing The Hobbit and it was great. It is a very long film but is really good. It is more lighthearted than the LOTR films were. There is a good amount of both comedy and drama in it. The acting is great. Radagast The Brown is funny and Gandalf The Grey is awesome.
I gotta say this has been an awesome anime watching/buying year for me. Got to see Madoka Magica, Another Crawling Chaos, Bakemonogatari, Hell Girl, K-ON, Haganai, and Yuru Yuri(funniest anime i saw this year). I just ordered three new anime as well. Pani Poni Dash, Welcome To The NHK, and Steins;Gate.
Plus, in about another five months Ohayocon will be in January which is a pretty awesome anime convention. I can't wait.
Over the past couple of months I have gotten into the visual novel medium. My favorite so far is Katawa Shoujo. I am also enjoying Muv-Luv and Steins;Gate as well.
