Favorite Oldschool Game

So I'm rather curious to see everyone's favorite game from back in the day. To start, I'd have to go with Earthbound.

I'm currently keeping an eye out for good rpg games with good story lines. Anything close to Mass Effect will do or even Fallout. Looking for suggestions. Feel free to just suggest anything that comes to mind or even just games you think were amazing and that I should try.

--Mostly looking for PC games.
