Yes. Finally gotten around to upgrade my gaming rig.
CPU: Intel i5 2500K Socket 1155. I went with this because of all the good feedback it have received. And I plan to OC it up to 4 GHz. Just need to find a good cooler like the Noctua I have on my 775 setup.
Mainboard: ASUS P8P67 Pro. It feels like a solid alround and inexpensive board that I can experiment with OC and memory speeds on.
Have'nt decided on RAM yet. Stands between Kingston and Corsair 16GB kits.
Suggestions are welcomed
As an upgrade, I'll still use my older GTX 275 1792MB GFX card, it seems that CPU have a lot more impact then GPU on games like Battlefield 3 that needs Quadcore to really perform. The 2500K CPU also have GPU architecture. So I therefor feel satisfied with keeping it a bit longer.
But in the event that It's not good enough, I think I'll go for a GTX 570 card.
