| Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway is the third version of Brothers in Arms series which follows the men of the 101st Airborne Division. This game once again puts players in the role of Staff Sergeant Matt Baker in the later stages of WW II. His duty is to go The Netherlands to fight Germans who have captured the entire country. During this way with full of vicissitudes you will face different events that are way too much interesting and exciting. We can't talk much about the story, It's based on World War 2 and nothing more but it's on an acceptable quality. Maybe we firmly can say one the most successful factors of the game was it's good graphic in it's own era. Designing environments done well and seem real and this point really gives WW 2 senses, But on some issues such as designing limbs like your hand it doesn't look so good, But generally characters been made well. Another interesting factor is the gameplay. There isn't an easy way to kill the enemies ahead. You should stay for times in your trench and wait for a good chance to finish them. However, It sometime may go annoying. You can cover behind what thing has this ability, From walls to behind trucks and other vehicles. You can even command your fellows to attack to a specific foe. Throwing grenade is made far away reality. For example you can determine the point you want to throw it. These small negative factors decrease the game value, But still the gameplay is decent. Sound isn't so interesting, For instance your allies talk too much and repeat their words constantly and might distract your attention. The shot scenes through the game have decent sound, though. Vocal artist worked well. The sound of shooting fits weapons as well and are good. Also the music through the game are a bit boring, But great, Totally reminder of World War 2. This game wasn't made as good as CoD 2 and some other similar good games. The game becomes boring after playing some hours, So don't expect an extraordinary game but it's a good game and can amuse you for hours. |
