I had this problem, it's quite frustrating. And I don't do customer services sorry, those things never work. Anyway the best thing I could come up with is just switch your plan to pay monthly if i recall from yearly or quaterly whatever. Anyway it's the plan that needs to get your information every month or something along that line. I let it run out and it doesn't automatically renew. Catch being you have to pay for one more month. Or you could just remove your credit card details from your account. This can be a major pain in the neck
Does anyone know how to disable the automatic renewal on the link Neo posted? All it has is options to buy more LIVE.
It won't even let me remove my credit card, though I'll just do that directly on my 360.
