Hi all i don't know how should i beat him,
i can't punch him after 3-4 shots and i can't lose because i can't die,so what's the story?we must beat him (how?) or we must lose?

you have to lose, so turn off the health cheat for this mission.

Restart that chapter/mission without the trainer...This will help you in "Losing health", if the Trainer sets your health high.

If anyone else gets stuck here. O'Neil uses counter-punches, basically, you punch and he can punch you (no misses) back. Use the spacebar and left mouse button during holding the space bar to preform a counter punch. You DO have to be close to your opponent to do this, but It helps ALOT in other fights.
