There is a option for you to access Uplay in-game. It is where you get all the exclusive content.

i got all of them but what do the maps do and i can't find the wall paper nowheres?

The maps will be unlocked automatically in-game once you redeemed them in Uplay.
For the wallpapers, if I remember correctly, you can download it in-game after redemption.

not to ask a stupid question but doesn't ac2 have a map already what does the exlcusive maps show that the other doesn't have? 😵

The exclusive content will add new locations to the exsiting maps in AC2 once redeemed. This new locations can only be accessed when the requirements are met.
