It's the same as making circles with your leg in one direction and with the arm on another direction, it's fairly impossible.
It wasnt that hard. I did it on my first try to, with the same side arm and leg.
I did all of these fairly easily. (except the eyebrow one. I cant raise one eyebrow lol) I guess years of playing drums has taught me to be able to move limbs separately.
