I have a question... my copy is kind of both Retail & Steam...

I got the game from a store, so thats Retail... however, the install on the DVD is a Steam installer and it still is tied to a Steam account just like the downloadable version is...

So what trainer do I use?

I'd say just download both and test.

Well you are an unlimited member. Just try one and if it doesn't work, try the other.

well I bought retail too but use the steam trainer and not the retail trainer cause the retail trainer makes my game crash for some reason.

If you end up logging into steam to launch the game then you should use the steam trainer. That's it.
