I die from shotguns no matter how far away they are, I'm at the demo mission and guys from across the room hit me and I always die, guess I'll try letting the AI kill the people with shotguns

You should try ducking behind cover and wait for them to stop firing then shoot them (default ctrl) (crouch/sneak is c)

I'm having an issue with the retail trainer causing my game to crash as soon as I try and continue my game, no cheats enabled @ start menu.

Do you have the "bought" copy, if not you have to use the steam trainer for that version.

Steam - using money option will crash game when attempting to make most purchases >_>

got the same problem there and noticed in another mission to, so i gues health aint fully working in this trainer. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
