My iPod. Music makes me go to sleep. And yes I have to keep it on for a few hours because my father has a snoring problem and he always suceeds in waking me up.
Life is best for those who enjoy it, difficult for those who analyze it and worst for those who criticize it.

Going on the computer, listening to my iPod and texting my friends do the job.

I like to use "Pillow Mist" it gives pillow a nice&fresh smell which helps to get asleep. Also making room temperature cold at summer with air conditioner before goin to sleep.

Does anyone have any (Non-Alcoholic) comfort foods/drinks that help them get to sleep, ala warm milk?

I really like dried fruits or chocolate, and surprisingly a can of Pepsi or other carbonated soft drink (Despite any presence of caffeine) also helps.
    Yo.
