If you're having trouble sleeping and don't have access to or don't want to use sleep aid medications, how do you relax enough to where you can get a good night's sleep despite any applicable insomnia or restlessness?
Personally I find cuddling my pillow to be a great way for me to relax myself to sleep, especially if I imagine my mate's voice cooing to me as he holds me. Lately I've even added some thumb-sucking, which has been extremely effective at getting me to sleep faster and better than I have been lately.
I honestly don't care if thumb-sucking is taboo for us adults-in-body, I'm a freaking AB/DL/BF/DF for crying out loud, I daresay diapers and regression fantasies are more taboo than just thumb-sucking at this point =P

I remember quite fondly I had quite a few teddy bears that I wish I could have kept except in this family of hand-me-downs my mom decided I had outgrown them and gave them to my niece...
I had a blanket. I never liked Teddy Bears too much. It was made by my Mums friend and was patched in different colours.
I used to love it and if I ever do get a kid I do plan to give it them. Even when I was 10, 11 or 12, if it was in plain-sight I had no problem cuddling up to it ^_^
If I had trouble sleeping I usually end up hugging the quilt somehow. Or in the winter I just throw on three or four quilts and ditch the pajamas. Much more comfy
