What properties do you think would appear?

Here are a few I thought up earlier:
Latios' comic store
Hyper's joke shop
Darkish's Gym
And of course: Dhampy's Bar.

The site itself would be Boardwalk...I guess.

Others could be:

Airhead's Band Camp (that would be the cheapest property...obviously)
EternalSlayer's constant absence.....store....
Dancer's Church
The Toilet Store
