HI i just download the trainer when i open the trainer and the game at the game menu when i press F

Regarding the Mega Trainer, Mega Unlocker (Zones, Bots, Mission....

HI i just download the trainer when i open the trainer and the game at the game menu when i press F1 it says trainer cannot find game

Plz help
