recently i noticed that whenever i install a game, it does not consume the HDD space as mentioned in system requirements forums. For example, when i installed Prince Of Persia- The Forgotten Sands; It said 8 G.B required, but when i installed it, it took only 6.12 GB. Am i missing something vital like levels, videos, etc. ???...... Thank You.

I think it means you need at least 8GB of space, think the extra space is for patches and updates.....maybe wrong but thats what i think
Yes, i do not think u should worry about this. But if u feel like u lack some memory try to go into ur program files folder and delete folders of previously delete games.
Well it depends, are you using game rips? In such an instance, videos, music, etc are ripped.
But most of the time this happens because it needs the remaining memory for Windows Swap File. So it needs 8GB free space, it need not necessary occupy all the 8GB after the game is installed.
