Pros:
Hard to get bored with all the apps and all
First phone I've had that plays movies and tv
Free internet
Easy to use
16G memory
There's probably more I just haven't looked into it

Cons:
Battery life isn't great if you use apps/play video alot.
Chargers and ear phones are easily breakable

Much as people despise Apple (myself included) the iPhone is geniunely (and very suprisingly) an awesome product. Shame they couldn't follow suit with their iPad and iPhone4 which both majorly suck (in my personal oppinion)

At the time I had a Nokia N95 (which was god awful), no laptop, no mini pc, no mp3 player, and nothing to keep me amused when I was bored, so my iPhone solved all those problems, lets me do my admin work for my site, has great battery life, almost infinite apps, great signal blah blah blah.

I'm geniunely amazed Apple managed to make a (their one and only ever) good product!
