Are we 100% sure that Tychus is dead? Weren't there 2 more Marines in the same room? What happened to those two guys? Tychus was a strong support character, I would not be surprised to see him again. After all you never do see the bullet hit......
I think its like Inception. You just can't be sure how it ends.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------- As soon as war is looked upon as wicked, it will always have its fascination. When it is looked upon as vulgar, it will cease to be popular.
There is one point that every one missed the statement about the overmind "he raged in a prison of his mind" if you take that thought Kerrigan mite have had the same problem that she was driven to do what zerg and the overmind where forced to do. Now finally free perhaps all zerg are given the one thing Kerrigan as a human/zerg can give them ---free will--- it's a thought and would ruin the plans laid out for the zerg when they where created/changed how ever you want to put it. This would fall in with the rpg you would have to gain the trust of the new zerg not mind control them. This is going to be any one guess, Blizz likes to keep its secrets about the games it makes, and don't we love playing them to find out how the story's play out.
In my case I think the real question is if Kerrigan, once more human, is still capable of controlling the Zerg or not. In my opinion it is not more capable which will allow the command of the hybrid Zerg / Protoss. So I think for the salvation of all Kerrigan will have to be re-contaminated to regain control of the Zerg and saved the galaxy.
In conclusion ... poor Raynor ... all for this ... And it certainly will in this case killed Kerrigan at the end of the game, so once again become Zerg she in turn would destroy the galaxy ...
