I actually like History and Documentary books a lot too.
Anyone who's read my blogs knows I have a lot of books on cars. I've got one on the history of the Nissan Skyline GT-R and another on the history of BMW's manufacturing processes and facilities. I also have a few books on supercars and one about Ferrari, they deal with some older cars but are more documentary than history.
As for traditional history, I bought really cool book on the Battle of Britain a few weeks ago. It's full of replicas of military papers from the war; maps, memos, reports, journals, manuals. It's written by a Brit historian named Richard Overy, he was an adviser to HBO for Band of Brothers and The Pacific. I have a photo blog from a month ago on it if anyone wants to see what the book looks like - Link
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- I don't want a big car, particularly. I have no need for acreage, and I don't like the fuel bills. But I don't want a small one because they're all like supermarket own-brand cola: weedy imitations of the real thing - Jeremy Clarkson
If I could choose two, it would be drama/romance and biography. I chose biography anyway. I love reading about people who I admire or am interested in about.
I used to be a total sci-fi/fantasy nerd. While evrey other girl my age was reading those rubbish teen-romance diary novel things I was reading Alex Rider and Artemic Fowl along with all the boys.
I have to admit, however, that I have shamefuly descended into reading barely anything at all. Not 'real books' anyway, as my mum says - 95% of what I read these days is manga. I'm steadily churning through Bleach and I've started off with a few new series too, but I really should stop =_=

But, aside Novels which i only read of them i read almost everything.
