Listen im not adress this to u at all. I just saying that DoctorDoom(Victor von Doom) he is a very popular character of Marvel Universe. And im surprised that people choose some scar or w/e from lion king a cartoon i saw like 18 years ago or something and don't even remember. So i kinda confused of audience of people who makes a choice. Same with poll where was Joker he just a man with brain problem he gone mad he is not a villain he is ill man lol.

Technically he isn't a clown, despite the way he dresses, Spoiler:
Kefka is a court mage and the first first person to get Magitek infusion.
I voted for Rigardo, very few villains are as epic as he is.
I am aware of that, but remember lots of people fear clowns. Which would explain why he dresses that way. That or his insanity.
