Two of the Round 1 polls only had 4 clear winners each. The rest of the villains ended up tied. So I ended up short by 4 villains for the next round. I took the 7 villains that got any votes at all from those 2 polls and put them in this one.

I'll leave this poll up for a day and the 4 villains with the most votes will move into Round 2.

Ya, the nomination was for Scar from the Lion King.

I believe answer is clear here DoctorDoom is best Villain on the list. A recurring supervillain, he is the archenemy of the Fantastic Four and leader of the Marvel Universe nation of Latveria. Doom is both a genius inventor and a sorcerer, and has fought numerous other superheroes in his various plots for power and revenge. He is pure evil man he do not care about people of earth he will likely let everybody die just if he can gain even more power or get his revenge.

I don't even know who these people are, I went with Scar for whatever reason.
