Any chance of adding an option to the 4.1 trainer to force some popularity into the npc's?

I'm loving all the hate from all the hospitals I'm building.....starting to wonder if I can add posion to the cures....Grr

Ditto on that. I'm a walking nightmare, and people are beginning to ask if something can be done dispite the fact that I am immune from prosecution. :-) Come on guys, what's a few murders amonst us city dwellers?
