Yup, it blocks achievements. It didn't some time ago but now it does.

One more thing - in Versus mode the game crashes, if trainer is activated. Especially if you play as Infected. It have to be fixed.

Options needed:
- infinite health only for the player
- infinite health if you play as Infected

I checked the trainer out and if it's activated, the game crashes to Desktop just after loading the map. Doesn't have to enable any option, just activate it. Odd.
It means TRAINER DOESN'T WORK AT ALL.

Just letting you know the Unlimited Team Health option is currently broken in the latest update for Left 4 Dead 2 and the latest CHLFD2.dat file. No Reload and Unlimited Ammo work fine.

Tested using Swamp Fever and The Parish in single player, expert difficulty.

It looks like the options aren't working anymore now due to recent updates.

The trainer works fine, and i had no problems with it.
The only thing that is buggy is the one hit kill option.
When i activate it zombies die with one hit and so am i but it does not affect the other survivors (bots).
Can this be fixed.

I got it the other way around, my teammates(bots) dies after one hit of acid, puke, explosion, flame & etc. Annoying, but all the other options work. Keep up the good work CH

The trainer makes the game crash as soon as I enable it. I tried everything I can think of and im not new to trainers or you guys! LOL

When you load a single player campain (nomatter what map you choose) if you do the trainer activation "F1" the game will crash after loading the map. If you dont activate the trainer it works fine. If you wait for the map to load and even play a minute er two and then try to activate the trainer, it will crash...

Its not like I am trying to cheat others online, I just want to cheat the pc for fun. Anyone know of a fix for this or a idea?

Just tried this out yesterday and it worked great. All options worked perfectly. Not sure if it caused issues with Achievements though. I tried it on a Local Server.
