Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hello i bet you get alot of theese threads but ive read through all threads that had any hint regarding my problem with the trainer manager.

I'm running windows vista 64x my antivirus and firewall is disabled when i download and extract the trainer manager. But everytime i try to double click it my computer tells me that i do not have permission to run the program.
There is only one user on the computer and that is me so i am admin of this computer. Ive tried basically everything thats been said but im getting desperate please help me if you can.

Oh btw forgot to tell you that ive tried running as administrator.

completely uninstall your AV and firewall.
