after hitting F1 at menu screen a second latter it says " trainer deactive" using steam v1.1

version doesn't match. you need STEAM GOTY 1.1 trainer.

using that one and tried others still deactivates after a second

Then something on your system is blocking or interfering with it.

Hi i have the same problem here... have used trainers for other games and works fine... Already tried everything but the trainer closes after a few seconds after activated.

thank you for stating the same problem. just to let you know i disable my anti-virus when i play any games and this one still has a problem

Hello everyone. I seem to have the same problem. I originally downloaded the 1.1 GOTY trainer since I have the steam GOTY edition but it was crushing as soon as I used an option. I figured that I must not have the 1.1 version so I checked the readme file of the game and it said:
"Batman: Arkham Asylum
Game Of The Year Edition
README file 23/2/2010 Version 1.0"
I then downloaded the first trainer for the original version and when I pressed F1 it said activated and then deactivated. I used alt+tab to see what was happening and I noticed that the trainer had crushed. Can somone help??? Thanks for your time people.

\Steam\steamapps\common\batman arkham asylum goty

Find the exe file for Batman: Arkham Asylum right click the exe file, click properties then click on details. It will tell you which version you have.

Most likely what is wrong is your AV / firewall is making it miss up. Make sure you uninstall or disable the program fully. Sometimes even when you disable them they still active.
