Is that for RE5 Gold Ed? It seems the files on here are for the standard RE5 variant and when I put the save file on a usb stick and copy to the PS3, the game fires up but does not see the old version. The new version RE5GE, uses a different folder:
\PS3\SAVEDATA\BLUS3027010AE

and the save games on CH are in

\PS3\SAVEDATA\BLUS3027010

I'm loath to put the files from here into the gold ed directory as I just got the PS3 and have no idea of the impact in putting old, non owned (the save game stores the user too, right?) files into there.

Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.

If your save is compatible with the Gold Ed, I'd be interested in getting it as well.
