The Administrator is currently on vacation and trainer updates will be delayed.
And anyone knowing Blizzard should know that this isn't going to be the last patch. They still update the original Brood War game.

Also i play as terren. and i do not think there op.
They Do early on have Lots Of ability to counter Early game. but lets see what they do. alot of people on the fourm complain. but alot of them are stuck in pre gold leag.
Almost every Terren player i talk to In in pro all say something different.
Looks like the new 1.0.3 trainer is up. Have not tested it yet.

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue but, I used all previous versions of the trainer and never had this problem. This trainer when I press F1 and it says trainer activated it catches into an echo loop on "acti" and says it over and over until I close the trainer.
