Well giving links to ANY site that gives away free mp3's is illegal, so anyone seen giving links to such sites will face the wraith of the mods!
The musicians earn royalty from the sales of their music, so any legal source charges money and does not give them away for free.
Also, IMO Youtube have updated their methods so no known and legal downloaders work since no "Flash videos" are found.
And yes, if Youtube had allowed downloading of such stuff, they would have had an official service for this. And yes, copyrighted videos are automatically deleted by YouTube staff.
