I think that Hoen has the best, followed by Kanto, but the Sinnoh and Johto starters are equally stupid to me, and boring.

I like Kanto for Charmander, I like Johto for Totodile, Hoen are crap, but I can't help but to LOVE Charizard, so Kanto.

the others have good pokemon but sinnoh is the best.
