Looks intense...and has the production value of a cable access show.

It looks like it was a recorded on a phone, which was recovered from a storm drain, covered in blood.

However, I can not fault the effects team. The hip-hop hit stock no.5 .wav was very effective at drawing my attention to the ever reoccurring title of the film. Which, in itself, is genius.

This one appears to be terrifying.
