There are a few places you can do this but I'm just going to say 2 of them. One is outside of Megaton the other is outside of Rivit City. Just have plenty of clean water and give it to those homeless people and if you didnt blow up Megaton just get some from your robot maid in your house.

Haha ya its so easy being eveil. I wiped out everyone in Megaton, Tenpenny Tower, Girdireshade, and a couple other places. Haha but now I am trying to be good so I got the Lawbringer perk and I just go out and kill raiders and get caps and good rep.

Its to much work to be good so I usually dont on this game. The only good choices I make are when it will help me farther in the game.

Maybe I will try going through with good karma for once.
