Can someone please come up with a code to make a Shadow Lugia? I know that there is no actual shadow lugia but is there a way to change his color and boost his stats a bit?

there is no way for it to be made. it's been requested for years and it simply can't be made. u can request a code for a shiny lugia with modified stats from bloodwulf93 at the hg topics(pokemon for joo), the codes work with ss
