I am stuck finding the bonus of contacting the eagles on the Halifirien level. Played it 3 times and still no luck. Is there a certain time, place, or a person who needs to do this.

ok hope some 1 can help,, im gettin same problem as u man was sayyin,, about it killing off all ur troops after abbout five min,, but 1 i have not installed anywindows service pack,and it only started happening today,, and ive played about 10 missons with no problem at all now its jus started killin my troops off after a few min of the game starting please help meeee!

I've heard of numerous different fixes for this but I think these two might do the trick.

A) Reinstall the game. If that doesnt work try

B) take a picture of your cd and cd key and send it to ea supports email address. They'll supply you with a new one, which should fix the problem.

send the pic of the cd key to support20@ea.com

Hey, I'm having the same problem as Dizzy was having. Whats the cd key? And does anyone know if unistalling the game removes all the save files?

I don't want anyone to worry, but I might have meningitis. Now it is very unlikely I do, but in the event that I do have it, I'll be absent from the forums for a while.
