Hey man! I'm sad it didn't work for me But this is how I did it: I put the bindings in the Coalesced.ini file, just like hows yours is. Then I made the 2 txt files. They're just .txt files right? Like notepad ones, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
The only talent that showed up is Cloak ranked 1 and the other ones didn't. Please, I have been trying to make this work and add powers to my player for more than a week now. It's really frustrating after lots of trials and being unsuccessful, thanks! ^^

Here is how to get these extra power, but I will recommand you to not add more than three extra powers.
This is what you need to do first time: 1. After using trainer for ME2 and you have all the points you need. 2. Activate all the power you will use for the class you play. 3. And then you run the bining for extra powers. 4. Replace the new power with the power you don't want to use. That is why I don't recommand more than three extra. So far I haven't see that the power toolbar expand like it did in ME. Hope this is for help to you.

Yepp, after you activate all you class power. As you say, then hit the Home or End button. Just the bining for Power.txt. More or less, rest of all those binding is just needed to run once in your game. If you can test it now? I stay online a little while longer..

Forgot nr. 4 After activate all you class power. Hold down your left Shift key, drag the power you will replace with class power up on the "power toolbar" or what ever it is called. And drop it on the power you will replace, max eight power.

Don't I need to press the PowerSource.txt binding? Everytime the map changed, I just have to press the Power.txt one right? Well that's what I did, and I can see that it works since only Cloak talent shows up in game. I pressed both too, Home to End button, vice versa, still only cloak shows up in game. Thanks, #4 is really convenient. I never even heard about that until now.
