You'll need to explain the circumstances more clearly. You'll need to post what the error message the blue screen displayed. Etc...
People will try to help you, but you need to give them something to work with.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the end they will lay their freedom at our feet and say to us, 'Make us your slaves, but feed us.'
NEVER EVER try to do anything until you know what the cause of the problem is. This is a good way to cause more damage to your system.
A Blue Screen is also known technically as a STOP error because it contains a technical string called the STOP code. This code tells you why your computer stopped. We need this code to tell you what happened. It is found near the bottom half of the screen and looks like this (inside the red box):
Please report back this STOP code and we will see if we can find out the cause. Make sure to at the very least get the first set. The numbers in the parentheses can be ignored for now.

Well then the problem is with your PhysX drivers. Re-install them. And after that I recommend you update your graphic card drivers too. And don't forget Direct-X, just in case.
And a question to you - Which card are you using? Installing PhysX drivers on a card that does not support it can result in to BSOD too.
