Where have you found the cheats? there surely is the way how we should use 'em.

Na mate. I took 30 mins to hunt and found no cheats. Other than trainers.

The game appears to be a direct port from the console version... I can tell because the graphics options give no way to increase AA at all... just like Mass Effect 2, which means no console.

If the ~ key doesn't do it then usually, no. But you can have a game where it needs to be programmed to turn on in a configuration file.
