Actually I don't exercise a lot, which is why I am overweight. I have been digging my nose into books and other indoor stuff a lot lately, which are an obvious toll to my health.
Will be exercising soon, at least I promise myself too.
i've always been into weight training. but there was a time...long long time ago when i was bit over weight too and i too used to keep telling myself..i will start exercising soon well..eventually i did and never stopped after that.
You can run or walk to school or work place if it's close. that's kinda recommended from all doctors.
Sometimes just doing exercise isn't enough, you yourself should avoid food have extra cholesterol and shun putting on weight.
