DLC causing game to crash on Mass Effect 2 PC Message Board - Page 1

hi guys

i think we need an update to the trainer as using DLC causes crashes. any ideas

It's definitely not the DLC that crash your game. The trainer you're using, will I say crash your game.
Download ME2 steam trainer for 1.02 version and tray.

Actually some DLC does cause the game to crash such as the Firewalker DLC caused mine to crash. Pwizard has already stated there will not be a trainer for every single DLC.

At risk of repeating myself. DLC doesn't crash the game. But these trainer can certainly do that. What happens when you play without activating the trainer?

He was refferring to the game while using the trainer. As was I.

And yes. DLC+trainer=gamecrash.

Yeah i should agree with raise_against,For me too same thing happen.DLC cause my game to crash.

hi guys thanks for advice, i decided to try doing it without the trainer and it still crashed... how stupid, and bioware claim its nothing to do with them. great!

guys the game was patched for the overlord DLC (but not when you download the overlord DLC, is there anyway Pwizard and his Guys, make a new trainer to account for it please?
