Apologies ahead of time if this question has already been answered before but, for the life me, I can't seem to find the answer.

Anyways, my question is this: When asked to repair a vehicle and the Super Vehicle Armor is switched on, it doesn't seem to work. That is, the vehicle isn't repaired. Do I have to turn the Super Vehicle Armor option off, repair said vehicle, then turn it on again? Or is there another way?
