I'd like to ask to trainer developer (Pwizard and Caliber first of all) what software was used for making NTW trainers and if I can have the "project" files, just for use them like a "tutorial".

Well I don't see any possibility that they will hand you over the source codes since they are earning from it. And this is a business, not some gamehacking school.
