is anyone else having the off/on problem with the #4 trainer?first time i ran the trainer it worked

Regarding the Mega Trainer (Patch #4 RETAIL), Super Health, Super Ammo, No Reload....

is anyone else having the off/on problem with the #4 trainer?first time i ran the trainer it worked fine,now when activated it loops off/on.i'm running windows 7 home edition,10 gig ram,i-7cpu.
