Seems like "Haters gonna Hate" is your catch phrase for me now...
Actually I mute my TV so I could enjoy those matches. I wonder why they are not banning that thing!
I definately think that it is because of those vuvuzelas the teams are getting distracted.

People from all over the world have already complained. They've refused to ban them though, and for good reason. Sure they're annoying but it's a custom from that part of the world. You can't go to someone else's country and tell them what not to do. TV channels are muting their sounds anyways so you can really only hear them in the background a bit.
As for the people who are actually in Africa, I will tell them the same thing I would tell anyone else;
If you don't like how a country operates get the hell out. No one asked you to come, either get used to how things are there or leave.

I don't know about that. It just seemed appropriate because you were hating on those vuzuzula things. And it's funny. But not those vuzuzula things. They are annoying.
I love how people say it's part of their culture when they were only introduced there in the 80s and from China at that..
... soooo how old does something have to be untill it can be considered part of the culture? >_>
Teenagers wearing baggy jeans have been around for less time than that but it is still a part of teenage culture...

It's drifting over to those now. There are still a few roaming packs of baggy-jeaned people.
