when playing the game from the beginning with the trainer and all things activated, There was one annoying recurring problem. Certain actions that NPC's are supposed to do, they don't do. For example, right at the beginning I was stuck on the small handcar because "Peter" didn't come out and open the gate. And later on, while traveling with Bourbon on the surface, when I finally reached him again, He stayed in the exact same position, not even acknowledging my characters existince.It is very annoying, because anything that includes NPC's you encounter or interact with, doesn't happen. and the revolving shotgun will only shoot 4 times, then you will be stuck in an endless cycle of flipping this metal thing around which is supposed to reload the weapon. I have read about the shotgun bug on other forums, but no defenite solution was present. very annoying. help would be appreciated.

Do you have "sneaky" or invisible mode activated? if so, try without.
