I could not get the 1.03 mega trainer to load even without running the game. It always comes back with a "Splinter Cell Conviction Trainer has stopped working" message.
Tried running the 1.02 and normal trainer and those don't work either. I've no problems running other CH trainers.

Tried that already. Infact, I've tried everything that was on the trainer troubleshooting page.
It seems that I'm not the only one with the problem.

The trainer is fine. Something on your PC is blocking/interfering with it.
