Is it possible to edit how many dossiers you have on someone in a hex editor applied to a saved game? If so, how?

you can only edit dossiers which you met with your character.

So how would I go about doing that? Adding this option to the editor would be really helpful.

If you met the dossier you want to edit either use hex editor or my save editor to change his rep points. You can't edit someone rep towards your character if you didn't met him in game! (game adds the character you met to the save) I can't and if you are asking then neither can you add characters that your character haven't met yet.

No, not the reputation, the dossiers one compiles on the characters and groups you meet. It's in the intel section. Sometimes the amount of intel you collect on a character can have an effect on your dealings with them. For example, after you start the game, Parker's dossier is just 20%, would it be possible to get it to 100% and have the rest of his dossier be seen.

You can BUT it is extremely buggy, if you put the wrong number either it will do glitches or crash your game every char has it own number to put to get the 100%.

Could someone explain to me the advantage of editing how many dossiers you have on some one?
